Joyce O. Ajayi
Joyce brings a law, government, and nonprofit leadership background to her work. She has extensive experience collaborating with local and international organizations to advance the rights of vulnerable children and women. Her professional interests include government transparency, strengthening local businesses, rural development, women’s empowerment, and child rights. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of Central Arkansas, a Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service, and law degrees from Obafemi Awolowo University and the Nigerian Law School.
Amber D. Jackson
Amber is a results-driven public service leader experienced in designing and scaling inclusive programs across government, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. She holds a Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Amber is a strategist who specializes in facilitating collaboration across diverse communities, building high-performing teams, and telling stories with data to inspire action and drive systemic impact.
